JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Growth hacking: Build data-led growth strategies for sooka by identifying key opportunities within the existing user base, addressable market, or by learning from competitors.
• User acquisition: Work closely with the marketing team to manage and scale daily and monthly new subscribers viz-a-viz budgets to ensure CAC is well managed in comparison to CLV.
• Customer lifecycle management: Utilize data and available tools to deeply understand user base and segments in order to plan & execute campaigns that drive user engagement, increase retention, and reduce churn.
• Reporting: Work closely with senior management on regular weekly & monthly reporting and sooka performance tracking.
• Business planning: Work closely with senior management on sooka KPI and performance projections using simple modelling tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience within OTT, e-commerce, or digital space.
• Tertiary training from technical or business background.
