JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assists in the discussion with business users to gather the dashboard and report requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using AWS QuckSight.
- Able to document & catalog the data flows, data definitions and KPIs.
- To work with the operational systems owners to gather the data sources and understand the data flow.
- Optimize data and data pipeline, as well as optimizing data flow and collection.
- Work with business users to gather reports sign-off.
- Collaborate with data stakeholders and stewards on the verification and the accuracy of the information collected.
- Monitoring data performance and modifying infrastructure as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
- BA/BS/MS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Math background preferred.
- Knowledge in developing dashboards & reports using data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge in AWS QuickSight is an advantage.
- Proficient in SQL & MS-Excel.
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel from business teams to senior management.
- Ability to communicate well technically, both orally and in written form.
