JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

• Prepping the show with breakfast talents out of the 4-hour live show. Check breakfast log daily before the start of show (songs, links, commercials) have loaded.                                                                
• Ensure sound bites, pre-recorded calls, show preps are in place for topic.                                                              
• Ensure all breakfast content (teasers, audio rewinds, sweepers, pictures, videos) are made available across all platforms (websites, social networking, podcasts, mobile)                                                                               
• Organize and roster relevant artists/personalities / experts to be interviewed on breakfast show.                                                      
• Forward planning of breakfast show - one week in advance. Develop black book of callers, experts, speakers & guests.                                                             
• Ensure all interviews are edited and placed in the correct categories in RCS a day before actual show.                                                        
• Archive interviews, segments and features for future reference and can be recycled onto breakfast show.

Show Development and Execution

• Be up to date on what’s happening around you that matters to your target audience.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with breakfast talents and Brand Manager to generate ideas, features and benchmarks for breakfast.                                                                        
• Ensure all breakfast campaigns / stunts are executed according to the strategy of the show and/or to client's satisfaction.
• Talkability: To ensure breakfast campaigns are relevant, impactful & beneficial to listeners.

Compliance

Ensure all activities from programm to content delivered by announcers & speakers / guests / callers / artists in breakfast show are fully compliant with Malaysian Broadcasting Codes To have Zero Mistakes on air (client & content) & to adhere to all compliance rules.
