JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role is accountable for all the end-to-end digital advertising booking, utilization monitoring and billing cycle and as first point of contact when comes to administrative matters regarding processing the booking received from client/agency into Astro Radar Plus (ARP) system. The role needs to ensure that campaign media order from client/agencies are submitted are in order and compliance with Finance SOP and requirements to corporate assurance policy. The role will also be working closely with the campaign management team, mainly on product execution and fulfilment for monthly billing processes.
Other key tasks include:

 Responsibilities

  • Campaign booking, reporting and billing
    • Accurately and efficiently process bookings into system as per their spots booked or advised by Sales personnel
    • Review and verify campaign details in booking form/order to ensure they are complete
    • Process booking details into SAP or any revenue tracking/billing system in use
    • Campaign entitlement utilization monitoring and health check
    • Prepare weekly digital campaign progress and revenue utilization tracking
    • Prepare monthly campaign progress tracking and billing report
    • Ensuring alignment in data input into the system. e.g. documents & campaign renaming, select promo indicated, traffic note & spots key-in allocation with standardize & consistently like different spots line for each segment), in order provide clean & tidy data output information for analysis.
    • Documents compliance to accounting policy & audit requirement by checking the accuracy of booking with basic requirements (Company stamp, name & rate applied etc.) to ensure the completeness of operation /approval process in system

       
  • Request Management
    • Acknowledge and respond to client’s service request
    • Receive and log requests in the Request Tracking Tool
    • Perform trouble-shooting and escalation until incident resolution
    • Strengthen support to Sales personnel with other key stakeholders like commercial traffic, finance, campaign management team or agency/client (when needed) by communicating well and responding to all enquiries timely


 

  • Project Management
    • Liaise with in house sales team to support campaign status update
    • New digital ad product/rate card update with SAP/revenue tracking/billing system support team and extended into any relevant systems involve for business
    • New System requirements and migration UAT of any system involve
    • Automation and ongoing enhancement of Digital Booking Management Systems in use.
    • Billing cycle communication and internal alignment of on-going SOP enhancements with Finance, Campaign Management and Ad Operations Team

REQUIREMENTS:

Your skills and experience

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field.
  • Preferably one- or two-years working experience in Advertising/Digital Media Industry/ customer service/ administration/ finance data processing environment
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages are added advantage
  • Strong analytical skill with numbers and calculation
  • Intermediate experience of Excel Queries and Functions of formula is required.
  • Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service-oriented mindset
  • Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude
  • Results oriented and able to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Mature, dynamic and proactive
  • Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project workPC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
