JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in daily building operations and maintenance tasks. 
• Support preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. 
• Help monitor compliance with safety regulations and building standards. 
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for routine servicing. 
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. 
• Participate in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives. 
• Assist in space planning and layout updates using AutoCAD/Revit (basic level). 

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Building Management or related discipline. 
• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). 
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. 
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
