JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You'll Do:

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

  • Implement Enterprise Risk Management tools, methodologies, and processes to identify, analyse, monitor, and report enterprise-wide risks.

  • Facilitate regular risk assessments by identifying and evaluating key risks conducted by risk owners, discussing risk mitigations with them and presenting the results to Management and the Board.

  • Be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to provide early signals of increasing risk exposures in various areas to Management and the Board.

  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on enterprise-wide risk exposures as required by Management and the Board.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Lead the annual administration of the BCM roadmap, Business Continuity Plans, Call Tree tests and TableTop exercises. 

  • Ensure the testing of recovery documentation procedures and work closely with IT management and business units to identify and plan mitigation efforts and business continuity recovery strategies.

  • Coordinate and monitor crisis management and communication activities with relevant business units and develop post-mortem reports on key situations, including key learnings and improvement plans where necessary.

Limit of Authority (LOA) Custodian 

  • Manage the development and implementation of Governance Activities including Group Limits of Authority and internal controls and audit when necessary.

Insurance Management

  • Insurance Portfolio Management: Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, and cost of all insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverages for all relevant risks, competitive premiums, and acceptable excess/deductible amounts.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough insurable risk assessments with business owners identifying potential exposures and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage the insurance claims process, including filing claims and negotiating settlements.

Gameshow & Contest Compliance 

  • Review the governance of Gameshow and Contest mechanics and provide guidance and recommendations on all relevant risk, issues or matters related to Gameshow and Contest mechanics

  • In addition, the scope will be extended to include any other risk areas/assignments where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who You Are:

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

  • Brings at least 10 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, business continuity management (BCM), or insurance.

  • Possesses a solid understanding of IT systems and technology platforms relevant to risk and compliance.

  • Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.

  • Thinks strategically and analytically, with a proven ability to assess risk exposures and formulate effective mitigation strategies.

  • Exhibits excellent report writing skills and fluency in English.

  • Has project management experience and thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

  • Familiarity with ISO 31000, BCM frameworks, or internal audit practices is an added advantage.
