Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Assist and respond to phone and email enquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
• mostly handle Chinese customers, therefore chinese spea is a must.
• Follow up incoming leads and arrange meetings with advisers to keep the client pipeline active.

Sales Support & Administration

• Prepare simple proposals, follow-up emails, and client documents to support the advisory team.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM and track appointment schedules.

Reporting & Coordination

• Collect basic sales activity data and share weekly updates with the team.
• Help prepare materials and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome.
• age below 35
• must understand and communicate well in mandarin
• No prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and grow in a sales support role.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• must be able to speak and communicate well in mandarin or Cantonese.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and simple data entry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, or willingness to learn one.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly communicator with good phone etiquette and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage time across multiple tasks.
