Job Description

We are looking for a Store Experience Specialist to join the Atlas Collectif team. 

This is an entry-level role for someone energetic, friendly, and eager to grow in a retail environment. You’ll be part of the daily heartbeat of the store - helping create a space that feels welcoming, inspiring, and aligned with the Atlas Collectif lifestyle. Job Requirements

Your Role:

● Bring the store experience to life through warm and consistent customer service 

● Welcome and engage customers to create a strong in-store experience 

● Support smooth daily store operations 

● Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards 

● Assist with stock arrangement and replenishment 

● Support basic cashiering and transaction duties when needed 

● Help maintain a store environment that encourages customers to explore and return

● Be present and assist during brand events, community runs, and other activations when required 

● Assist with in-store promotions and occasional setup support 

● Assist with filming of product UGC social media content with Ryan, athletes or KOL’s

● Act as keyholder for the store, with the responsibility of opening and closing the store when needed 

Who We’re Looking For:

● Friendly, approachable, and naturally customer-focused 

● Willing to learn and grow in a retail environment 

● Interest in running / active lifestyle culture is a strong plus 

● Good communication skills and positive attitude 

● Basic Excel knowledge (simple tracking and data entry) 

● Responsible, hands-on, and a team player 

● No prior retail experience required — training provided

Role Benefits:

● Subject to store commission based on sales target

● Receive 3 times their standard hourly/daily rate for hours worked on public holidays
