 What you need to do: 

[For Junior Account & Finance Executive]

• Daily Accounting: Perform day-to-day accounting duties, including data entry and maintaining an accurate and reliable accounting system.
  日常会计工作： 负责日常会计事务，包括数据录入及维护准确可靠的会计系统。
• Transaction Management: Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions to ensure data integrity.
  交易管理： 准确记录并维护所有财务交易，确保数据的完整性与准确性。
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
  财务报告： 协助编制每月财务报表及相关附表。
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and assist in the coordination of the auditing process with external auditors.
  审计支持： 提供所需文件，并协助与外部审计师协调审计工作。
• Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax filing and basic tax-related documentation.
  税务合规： 协助准备报税资料及基本税务相关文件。

[For Senior Account & Finance Executive]

• Full Spectrum Oversight: Oversee the complete accounting cycle, from data entry to the final preparation of complex financial reports.
  全盘账务管理： 负责完整会计流程，从数据录入到编制复杂财务报告。 
• Advanced Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  深入分析： 进行财务数据分析，识别趋势并为管理层提供可执行的建议。 
• Strategic Planning: Lead the preparation of budget reports, financial forecasts, and cash flow management.
  策略规划： 主导预算报告、财务预测及现金流管理。 
• Tax & Compliance Expert: Manage comprehensive tax filing, SST/GST compliance, and transfer pricing documentation.
  税务与合规： 负责全面税务申报、SST/GST合规及转移定价相关文件。 
• Audit Management: Liaise directly with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of audits and compliance with statutory requirements.
  审计管理： 直接对接内部及外部审计师，确保审计顺利完成并符合相关法规要求。 

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  教育背景： 拥有至少会计、金融相关的文凭或学士学位，或具备专业资格认证（如：ACCA, CIMA, CPA）。
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  母语为中文。
• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  责任心强，可靠，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with others to meet business goals.
  适应性强，愿意与他人合作以实现业务目标。
• Available to participate in company events on weekends or public holidays.
  可以在周末或公共假期参加公司活动。
