Atomic Group is a Malaysian multi-brand consumer health and wellness group (Nattome, The Perfect Derma, Heartio, HooHoo, HJT, Stonecare). We're building an AI-first operating company, and we're opening three seats for people who already treat AI as their primary colleague, not a tool they pick up occasionally.

The 3 Tracks / 三个方向

🎨 Creative AI Operator · 创意 AI 操作员

Utilize AI image tools as your primary partner to create visual outputs for Atomic Group, including carousels, ad creatives, packaging mockups, and social visuals. Aim to produce 50 assets each week instead of just 5. Emphasize taste and speed over credentials.

用AI图像工具作为主要生产伙伴，负责集团旗下所有品牌的视觉产出（轮播图、广告素材、包装mockup、社交媒体视觉）。一周产出50件作品，不是5件。品味和速度比学历更重要。

🎬 Video AI Operator · 视频 AI 操作员

Activate the video engine of Atomic. Create product videos, founder content, ad creatives, and repurposed shorts with AI voiceovers and subtitles in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, all at speeds that traditional editors cannot match.

负责集团的视频引擎：产品视频、创始人内容、广告素材、长视频裁剪、AI配音、中英马三语字幕。以传统剪辑师跟不上的速度产出。

⚙️ Ops AI Operator · 运营 AI 操作员

Find the repeated, painful, manual work across Finance, Fulfilment, HR, and Brand Ops and kill it with AI. Design workflows, prompt agents, wire tools together, document the result. Your scoreboard is hours saved per month.

找到集团内部（财务、物流、HR、品牌运营）中重复、痛苦、手动的工作，用AI消灭它。设计工作流、训练AI agent、串联工具、记录结果。你的KPI是每月省下的工时。

💡 Which one should you apply for?

The one where you've already been experimenting at home or at your current job. If you've been making AI art on weekends, apply for Creative. If you've been cutting reels with AI voiceovers, apply for Video. If you've been building Zapier / Notion automations to skip meetings, apply for Ops.

🧬 What makes an AI Operator at Atomic Group

An AI Operator does not ask "how do I do this job." They ask "how do I make AI do this job, and where is my leverage on top of it."

Their output per hour is 5–10 times a traditional operator's because what the human adds is judgment, taste, and orchestration, not execution.

Job Requirements

Universal Requirements — all 3 tracks / 三个方向都适用

• Already using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent). Not "heard of it" — actually using it.
• 已经每天在用AI工具（Claude、ChatGPT、Gemini 或同类工具）。不是「听说过」，是真的每天在用。
• Coachable, curious, ships fast. You document your own work without being asked.
• 受教、好奇、出手快。不需要被提醒，自己会记录和整理工作成果。
• Willing to challenge your own current way of doing things. Not stuck in old paradigms.
• 愿意挑战自己目前的做事方式，不被旧思维框住。
• Able to present your own work with reasoning behind it. You own the thinking, not just the output.
• 能够说明自己作品背后的思考逻辑，不只是交出成品。
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• 流利的英文与中文。马来文是加分。
• Willingness to learn Claude Code and new AI tools within days, not months.
• 能在几天内学会Claude Code和新的AI工具，不是几个月。

Track-Specific Requirements / 各职位专项要求

🎨 Creative track

• Strong visual taste. Portfolio showing AI-assisted visual work (any form, personal projects count).
• Familiar with Midjourney / Nano Banana / Flux / Ideogram, and Photoshop or Canva or Figma.
• 出色的视觉品味。作品集需包含AI辅助创作的视觉内容（个人项目也算）。
• 熟悉Midjourney、Nano Banana、Flux、Ideogram，以及Photoshop、Canva或Figma。

🎬 Video track

• Already editing video daily. Reel or portfolio with AI-assisted shots.
• Strong sense of pacing and hook writing.
• Familiar with CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci, and AI video tools (Runway / Seedance / Veo / Sora-class).
• 日常已经在剪视频。作品集包含AI辅助的镜头。
• 节奏感强，懂得写hook。
• 熟悉CapCut、Premiere或DaVinci，以及AI视频工具（Runway、Seedance、Veo或Sora同级）。

⚙️ Ops track

• Systems thinker. You see the process, not just the task.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Happy to find the problem, not wait to be told.
• Already automating things in your personal life (Zapier, Notion, Apps Script, or similar).
• Light Python or Apps Script literacy is a plus.
• 系统性思维。你看到的是整个流程，不只是一个任务。
• 面对模糊的情境不慌。你主动找问题，不等别人分派。
• 已经在自己日常生活中做自动化（Zapier、Notion、Apps Script 或类似工具）。
• 懂一点Python或Apps Script是加分。
