We're looking for a salesperson who's curious about AI, not a techie trying to learn sales.

Our AI agents communicate with real customers on WhatsApp daily across all six brands. Your task is to enhance their selling capabilities by refining tone, accuracy, sales techniques, and compliance, ensuring each conversation has a better chance of converting while maintaining a warm and trustworthy customer experience.

You don't write code. You write the instructions that tell AI how to talk to customers, and you do it with real sales instinct, not technical knowledge.

You'll start with one brand and quickly expand to all 6 as you grow.

🗂️ What You'll Do / 你将要做的事

  • Review AI conversations daily : Read through actual AI-customer chats. Spot where the AI gave wrong answers, missed an upsell, or used the wrong tone. Fix the instructions.
  • 每日审阅AI对话 :阅读AI与真实顾客的聊天记录,找出AI回答错误、错过upsell机会或语气不对的地方,然后修改指令。
  • Write and refine AI prompts : Create clear, structured instructions that tell the AI how to respond across different scenarios: product questions, objections, complaints, closing.

  • Maintain product knowledge bases : Keep AI's product info current as products launch, promotions change, FAQs evolve.

  • Set up compliance guardrails : Health and skincare products have strict advertising rules. You'll make sure the AI never makes medical claims or uses banned terms.

  • Test and verify every change : After each prompt update, systematically test that the AI responds correctly across common scenarios.

  • Collaborate with brand teams — Work with each brand's team to understand their products, customers, and sales approach. Translate that into AI instructions.

  • Track AI performance : Monitor conversation quality, identify recurring issues, and propose improvements.

  • Onboard new brands : When a new brand goes live on AI CS, you build the prompt from scratch using brand materials and your sales instinct.

  • You pick things up fast, you'll work across 6 brands with different products
  • You're self-driven, you don't wait to be told what's broken, you find it and fix it

Job Requirements

 Must-Have / 必备条件

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience. WhatsApp or chat-based is a strong plus.
  • Strong written communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Ability to write clear, structured instructions (we'll train you on prompt engineering specifics).
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness.
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent). Not "heard of it" — actually using it.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner who can absorb product knowledge across multiple brands.
  • 1至3年销售或客服经验。WhatsApp或聊天渠道经验是加分
  • 中英文书面沟通能力强
  • 能够撰写清晰、结构化的指令(prompt engineering的细节我们会培训)
  • 注重细节,品质意识强
