What you need to do: 

• Handle daily order processing, coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
  处理每日电商平台订单，并协调仓库及时出货。 
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.).
  负责在各大电商平台（如 Shopee、Lazada、TikTok 等）上架商品、维护商品信息与价格更新。 
• Respond to customer or suppliers inquiries and resolve issues via chat, email or platform messages.
  通过聊天、邮件或平台讯息回复客户或厂家咨询并协助解决售前售后问题。 
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment and prevent overselling.
  监督库存状态，与仓库协调补货，避免缺货或超卖情况。 
• Prepare basic sales and stock reports to support business operations.
  整理基础销售和库存报表，为业务提供数据支持。 
• Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, and discounts on various platforms.
  协助设定各平台活动、优惠券、促销价格等。 
• Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and design teams to ensure smooth operations.
  与市场、仓库、设计等团队紧密沟通，确保流程顺畅高效。 

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
  至少拥有中学毕业（SPM）或文凭（Diploma）学历，专业不限。 
• Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point
  需具备基本技能：MS Office、Excel、PowerPoint。 
• No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
  无需相关工作经验，公司将提供在职培训。 
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  母语为中文。
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, positive attitude and knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  注重细节，具备较强的问题解决能力和灵活应变能力，拥有积极的态度，并熟悉销售和市场营销的原则与策略。
• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  责任心强，可靠，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with others to meet business goals.
  适应性强，愿意与他人合作以实现业务目标。
• Available to participate in company events on weekends or public holidays (if needed).
