What you need to do:&nbsp;

<li>Handle Correspondence – Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the Director. 处理通信事务 – 代表总监筛选、优先处理和回复邮件、电话及信息。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Travel Arrangements – Plan and coordinate business trips, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. 出差安排 – 规划和协调商务出差，包括机票、住宿及行程安排。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with Internal &amp; External Stakeholders – Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments as needed. 协调内外部沟通 – 与客户、供应商及内部团队保持良好沟通。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Meeting Coordination &amp; Minutes – Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points. 会议协调与记录 – 组织并参与会议，记录会议纪要，并跟进会议决议。&nbsp;</li>
