Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable Java applications and microservices.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead &amp; Mentor&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee architectural decisions and define technical roadmaps for Java-based Systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers thought code reviews, pair programming and best- practices guidance &nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Optimize &amp; Secure&nbsp;</li>
<li>Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across distributed systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Cloud &amp; DevOps Integration&nbsp;</li>
<li>Integrate applications with cloud platform (e.g, AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to ensure smooth, frequent releases.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage deployment across QA, SIT, UAT and Production environments, providing post-deployment support.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaboration &amp; SDLC&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with stakeholder, designers, business analysts, and QA to translate requirement into technical solutions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in Agile/Scrum activities (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and adhere to SDLC best practices.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Crete and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshooting &amp; Quality Assurance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve critical production issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement continuous monitoring solutions to proactively address performance bottlenecks or errors.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continues Improvement&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research and evaluate new technologies, tools and industry trends to improve development efficiency and product quality.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Propose and implement enhancements to current processes, coding standards, and system architectures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Project Management &amp; Leadership&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and manage deliverables within set deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide strategic input on project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.   </li>
