Key Responsibilities 

• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centred interfaces for mobile and web applications.  
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.  
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.  
• Contribute to and maintain the company's Design System to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficient collaboration across products.  
• Conduct design reviews and UI quality assurance to ensure the final implementation matches the intended design.  
• Apply user-centred design principles and usability best practices to improve overall user experience.  
• Explore multiple design solutions and communicate design rationale with confidence.  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and workflow efficiency.  
• Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, Gemini, Claude, Pixlore, etc.) to accelerate research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, documentation, and overall design productivity.  
• Organise and prioritise multiple projects effectively while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.  
• Work independently while actively contributing ideas and collaborating with the design team. 
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members and cross-functional stakeholders. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. 
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design, components, Auto Layout, Variables, Design Systems, and interactive prototyping. 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent). 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. 
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs. 
• Familiarity with mobile and web design guidelines and responsive design principles. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment. 
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.
