Job Description

As an Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting prospective students throughout their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Student Guidance & Advisory: Provide expert advice to prospective students on study tours, educational pathways, available programs, university options, and admission requirements.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to prospective students, following up from initial inquiry through to the application process to ensure smooth progression and successful enrollment.
• Collaboration with University Representatives: Work closely with university representatives to assist students in making informed decisions and to facilitate admissions and placements.
• Team Collaboration & Goal Achievement: Collaborate with a dynamic team of education consultants to meet and exceed enrollment targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

This role requires a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a dedication to helping students achieve their academic goals.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about interacting with students and supporting their educational journeys.
• Strong communication skills, both online and in-person, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Quick to learn and resourceful in researching information; able to quickly understand various courses and educational pathways.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards monthly targets and take ownership of personal progress.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• 1-2 years of experience in the education industry is a plus, but fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
