Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Month-End Closing

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to keep our financial records completely accurate and up to date.
• Execute regular bank reconciliations and lead month-end closing activities, including the preparation of journals, to help our team deliver timely and accurate monthly reports.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive financial statements and tax returns so that we can collectively remain compliant with standard local regulations.

Financial Compliance & Payroll Administration

• Process monthly payroll systematically to ensure our valued team members are paid accurately and on time.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all client data, ensuring full alignment with company compliances and financial best practices.
• Adopt and leverage our modern financial software applications proactively, allowing you to streamline internal reporting systems and take on meaningful ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related financial field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, to handle financial tracking and ledger entries smoothly.
• Basic understanding of modern cloud-based accounting software and general transactional workflows.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Exceptional attention to detail, taking immense pride in maintaining highly accurate client records and compliances.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,800 to RM3,200 per month (negotiable based on experience).
