Job Responsibilities 

·       Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

·       Design, develop, execute, and maintain well-structured test plans and cases.

·       Review and analyze results of test cases and exercises. 

·       Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

·       Drive efficiencies to improve process and technical implementations. 

·       Preparing documentation summarizing test results and providing clear status reports. 

·       Helping to define test automation strategy. 

·       Using tools to create and execute automated regression tests, ensuring reliability of each release. 

·       Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

·       Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or similar disciplines with solid knowledge of software quality assurance and test automation.
• 3+ years experience in developing and executing manual and automation test scripts of complex IT systems with Selenium web driver, JMeter, Jenkins and other automation tools. 
  
• Experience in building, maintaining, and scaling test automation for backend, UI, functional, and performance/load testing.
  
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  
• Proficient with python will be a plus.
  
• Understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC including agile software development, use of software IDEs, use of source control management.
  
• Proficient in frameworks for automation like Junit, TestNG or custom in-house built frameworks.
  
• Strong communication skills and collaborative team member.
