About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by supporting our BD managers in identifying new opportunities, managing strategic projects, and streamlining administrative workflows. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Support:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads, partners, and market trends.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Help maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client data.
• Support the team in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for client calls.

2. IT & Systems Coordination:

• Serve as the first point of contact for basic internal IT troubleshooting (password resets, software installation, connectivity issues).
• Document IT processes and create user guides for internal tools.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors or the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions for business development software.

3. Project Assistance:

• Support the planning and execution of BD projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
• Assist in organizing digital files and ensuring data hygiene across platforms.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets and social media
• Proactive, independent, and willing to learn
