About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious HR Intern to assist in the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is a learning-intensive role designed to give you a 360-degree view of HR in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interview schedules (phone, video, and in-person).
• Onboarding: Conduct background checks, and facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a seamless first day.
• Administration: Manage HR correspondence, file documents, and handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and intern/casual timesheets. 
• Culture & Events: Assist in planning and executing internal events, wellness initiatives, and engagement surveys.
• HR Operations & Projects (20%): Conduct market research on HR trends and compensation benchmarks.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin speaker is at advantage.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Have initiative and independent to explore further on top of the task or project given.
