As a Study Tour Intern you'll help build and scale our study tour programmes, shaping itineraries and supporting delivery so students gain practical learning abroad.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Study Tour:

• Assist in planning and coordinating study tour itineraries and logistics.
• Liaise with vendors for bookings and arrangements.
• Prepare and organise tour-related documentation, proposals, and reports.
• Support student briefing sessions and pre-departure orientations.
• Respond to student and parent enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks.
• Assist in events and student activities held virtually or within office and hotels.

Marketing & Promotions (A&P):

• Research and study various social media platforms and discover new promotional channels to promote study tour.
• Assist with content creation of various formats (writing, graphics, and video) to promote study tour.
• Assist in organizing online campaigns and other promotional digital activities to promote study tour.
• Serve as event crew when required, assisting in the setup, and running of events.
• Provide on-ground support during company events, student activities, and roadshows.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing for a diploma / degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
