What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in managing and updating FRWD’s website content, ensuring it’s visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with our marketing campaigns.
- Support the team in optimizing mid-funnel marketing activities, including lead capture forms, landing pages, and email flows.
- Track website traffic and analyze user behavior to improve conversion paths.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a smooth user journey from awareness to purchase.
- Conduct keyword research and help implement SEO best practices for better visibility.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content structure, and web improvements that enhance engagement.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
- Curious about digital marketing beyond social media, especially website performance and customer journeys.
- Detail-oriented and enjoys working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or basic SEO platforms (bonus if you’ve tried them before).
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and explore the “why” behind every click.
