Sales & Customer Experience Intern
Location: Bangsar
Type: Internship (3–6 Months)
About the Role
As a Sales & Customer Experience Intern, you will support the team in delivering a smooth and pleasant showroom experience, handling customer enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day CX operations at FRWD / Cuura Space’s Experience Centre.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
- Greet walk-in customers and assist with basic inquiries.
- Support customers in navigating the showroom and understanding product details.
- Provide friendly, professional communication via WhatsApp, calls, or social platforms.
- Assist in appointment scheduling and follow-up messages.
Showroom Operations
- Help maintain showroom cleanliness and display arrangement.
- Ensure products, samples, and catalogues are well-organized.
- Support stock checking for samples, swatches, and display items.
Customer Experience Improvement
- Collect customer feedback and summarise insights for CX reports.
- Assist in documenting frequently asked questions and solutions.
- Provide input on improving showroom flow or customer touchpoints.
Sales & Admin Support
- Prepare simple quotations or pass leads to the sales team.
- Assist with creating customer folders, updating CRM records, and logging enquiries.
- Support during events, campaigns, or peak periods.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
- Good communication skills; friendly and customer-oriented.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Bonus: Interest in furniture, interior design, or service experience.
What the Intern Will Learn

Working Hours
- 5 days a week
