As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist / Sales Executive, you'll guide homeowners, interior designers, and walk-in customers in choosing the right furniture for their dream living spaces. You’ll be part of a fun, growing team that values creativity, empathy, and hustle.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at our showroom
• Understand space needs and recommend suitable furniture pieces
• Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and Shopee warmly and promptly
• Work closely with interior designers and our makeover team
• Provide styling suggestions and product education
• Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth after-sales experience
• Collect feedback and share insights to improve customer service
• Be a positive, on-brand voice in every interaction
   

Job Requirements

Who You Are:

• 2–3 years experience in retail, customer service, or interior-related sales
• Warm, approachable, and able to build customer trust quickly
• Interested in home design, interiors, and lifestyle trends
• Strong in communication (spoken and written)
• Able to work on weekends (by rotation)
