Sales & Brand Ambassador

Location: Bangsar (5–10 minutes walking distance from public transport)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Sales & Brand Ambassador to join our team at our Experience Centre in Bangsar. This role goes beyond sales — you’ll represent our brand, create meaningful connections with customers, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the face of the brand at our Experience Centre — greet, engage, and build strong connections with customers. 
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs, introducing solutions, and closing deals. 
• Support customers with product knowledge and provide consultative recommendations. 
• Represent the brand in events, PR activities, and collaborations, ensuring consistent brand messaging. 
• Gather customer insights and feedback to improve the overall customer journey. 
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and nurture brand loyalty. 
• Work closely with the marketing team to share ideas and support brand campaigns. 

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about sales, people, and customer experience. 
• Confident, outgoing, and able to connect with people easily. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a plus). 
• A self-starter with resilience and drive to achieve sales targets. 
• Previous experience in sales, retail, PR, ID, marketing, or events is an advantage, but not mandatory. 
• Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow are welcome to apply!
