Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage targeted customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries.
- Understand the assigned market segments, to promote and provide value added services as well as solution selling to customer with the support of our in-house consultant.
- Ensure strong sales pipelines opportunities from regular follow-ups.
- Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set.
- Be enthusiastic to changes and continue to develop deeper knowledge and skills through training and team case review sessions.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or others
- 1 - 3 years of experience in solution sales (Experience in software selling skills with HR, Property, ERP, Construction and Accounting knowledge is added advantage)
- Demonstrated the ability for be flexible and adapt quickly and positively in constantly changing environment.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns.
- Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving quantitative results.
