 Austral Migration Consultancy is one of the top immigration law firms in South East Asia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We specialise in providing visa-related services to clients from all around the world with the aim of helping them emigrate to Australia or Canada. 

We are looking for a candidate to join our admin team, whose main role will be to

• Attend to the incoming calls, outgoing calls, and take messages as and when necessary. To handle incoming/outgoing mails/ couriers and correspondences. Assist in daily and general administrative tasks, documentation and etc.
• Coordinate and support immigration analyst daily tasks.
• Carry out responsibilities associated with the administrative task to support the Sales Department.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
• Perform day-to-day administration duties.

Job Requirements

Internship Requirements

• Must provide an official internship placement letter from your university.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months internship period.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain good attendance.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Interested in understanding the migration process and gaining exposure to the industry.
