Job Description
- Assist with FOC package client installation, setup and user onboarding.
- Support the team in handling FOC package leads, including making initial calls or responding to messages to introduce the package and gather basic customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of each completed case according to dept work flow & practices.
- Support other customer inquiries or project-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Proficiency spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and basic computer skills are required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Internship duration 3 months and above.
