<li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.</li>

2. Customer Relationship Management:
<ul>
<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.</li>
<li>Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication.</li>
<li>Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.</li>

3. Market and Competitor Analysis:

<li>Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitors.</li>
