As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, encompassing online and offline channels, to effectively reach target audiences and drive customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the market landscape.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, promotional materials, and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Utilize data analytics tools to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in marketing management roles, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
