Job Scope:

• Be part of creating pleasant customer experiences 
• Meet and greet clients and leads according to company SOPs
• Tend to online and offline enquiries
• Learn to execute customer related administrative tasks 
• Accurate customer record keeping
• Team updates and appointments
• Data entry for leads and enquiries
• Liaising and communicating with different departments according to the needs of the job

Job Requirements

This job shall require the individual to have:

• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner on work processes.
• Detail oriented, comfortable with paperwork and attending to clients.
• Willing to work 5.5 days a week including public holidays

Confirmed employees shall be entitled to
