About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-savvy Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in scouting creators, coordinating brand campaigns, managing creator communications, and tracking campaign performance across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Job Requirements

Key Duties

• Creator Scouting & Research: Identify, vet, and compile lists of micro and macro influencers/KOLs that align with our brand campaigns.
• Outreach & Communication: Assist in sending collaboration pitches, negotiating rates, and coordinating campaign briefs with creators.
• Campaign Coordination: Track content timelines, review draft postings to ensure brand guidelines are met, and manage product seeding/shipping.
• Reporting & Admin Support: Gather performance analytics, screenshots, and engagement metrics to create post-campaign reports.
• Trend Watching: Keep up to date with current social media trends, viral audio, and emerging creators.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Active user of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8) with a strong understanding of influencer trends and creator culture.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in basic office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
