Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our showroom. You will be the backbone of our store, managing orders from purchase to delivery while providing an exceptional experience for our high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and manage payments with 100% accuracy.
- Order Management: Track bespoke furniture orders with suppliers and update the sales team/clients on production status.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule "white-glove" deliveries and liaise with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, assisting clients with order inquiries or after-sales support.
- Showroom Standards: Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the showroom (tagging products, updating price lists, and ensuring the floor is pristine).
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock checks and inventory updates in our system.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in administration, retail operations, or sales support (experience in luxury goods or interior design is a plus).
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you must feel comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and comfortable learning new POS or inventory software.
- Presentation: A polished professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Language: Able to write, read and communicate in both Mandarin and English
