- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.).
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Manage SST submissions, supplier payments, and intercompany transactions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow and assist management in budgeting and cost control.
- Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required by management.

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System or similar software.
- Knowledge of SST, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Mandarin is a must.
- Experience in retail, furniture, or interior design industry preferred.
- Able to work independently and report directly to Managing Director.
