 Job Overview: As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management.   • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and HR systems (e.g., HR.My).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in office administration and vendor coordination is an advantage.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidate resumes based on education, experience, and training.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities, including workstation setup, team introductions, and distribution of onboarding kits (access card, HR system access, employee handbook, attendance registration, policies).
  • Training: Oversee On-The-Job Training (OJT) conducted by department managers/supervisors and arrange external or additional training upon management request.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation retention (e.g., offer letters, training records).
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities align with ISO 9001:2015 clauses on competence, awareness, and communication.
  • Resignation: Handle resignation notices, issue acceptance letters, coordinate handover checklists, and manage exit documentation and access revocation.
