About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT graduate to join our team as an intern, supporting our digital infrastructure and marketing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing websites, CRM systems, and executing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management
• Maintain and update company websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Ensure website performance, security, and SEO optimisation.
• Assist in implementing new features and plugins.
• CRM System Support
• Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist in CRM integration with marketing tools and website forms.
• Generate reports and insights from CRM data.
• Digital Marketing
• Support email marketing campaigns and social media scheduling.
• Assist in content creation and graphic design using Canva or similar tools.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Technical Support
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to web and CRM and ERP integration platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors or external developers when needed.
