Job Description

• Identify and secure new business for air, sea, and land freight services.
• Conduct market research to target potential clients and industries.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate freight quotations and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Coordinate with operations and overseas agents to obtain competitive rates.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve issues.
• Maintain proper sales documentation and stay updated on logistics regulations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
• Strong knowledge of air/sea freight, incoterms, and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
