We are seeking an Export Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. As an Export Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable international shipments for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end export process, ensuring timely delivery of shipments
  • Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide accurate and timely information on shipment status
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all necessary documentation and permits are obtained for international shipments
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and trade compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize export processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Proactively identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is necessary for this role.
  • Junior Executives with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a quick learner are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Language requirements include English and Bahasa Malaysia.
