Averis is a Shared Service Company that provide 3rd party company services. One of our clients, a prominent Palm Oil Company is interested in Cash Management interns and Credit Control interns.

In this internship, you will gain hands-on working experience with guidance from your manager, team lead and buddy. This internship serves also serve as a platform to find and cultivate talent for possible future opportunity.

Credit Control Intern's Job Description

• Liaise and follow up with relevant stakeholders on credit control, trades advices and collection status.
• Reconciliation of AR Aging Report, to settle outstanding with counterparty / customers.
• Ensure compliance checks on counterparties e.g. Sanctions checks, PEPs etc.
• Ensure adherence of Apical Credit policy and involved in creation of Addendum of policy.

  Cash Management Intern's Job Description

• Perform day-to-day cash management & trade finance related transactions with high accuracy & completeness.
• Process vendor and inter-company fund transfers.
• Extract bank advice, track incoming funds & update working capital reports on timely & accurate manner. 
• All transactions should be processed i.e. entered into SAP or rejected according to the established process and procedures.
• Perform other duties (including but not limited to audits, collate documentation, etc) as and when assigned.

Intake & Duration

• Internship is offered all year round.
• Minimum duration: 3 months.

Eligibility

• Applicable for Malaysian citizens.
• Undergraduates (from an accredited university) who are in their final and penultimate year of Bachelor in Accounting / Banking / Finance / Banking / Economics.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 3 weeks from the date of submission.
