Averis is a Shared Service Company that provide 3rd party company services. One of our clients, a prominent Palm Oil Company is interested in HR interns, Mechanical Engineering Interns and Chemical Engineering interns.

In this internship, you will gain hands-on working experience with guidance from your manager and team. This internship serves also serve as a platform to find and cultivate talent for possible future opportunity.

HR Intern's Job Description

1. Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting new hires.
2. Handling filing, maintaining personnel files, and managing HR documentation.
3. Entering data into HR systems, updating employee records, and generating basic reports.
4. Supporting the coordination of training programs and other employee development initiatives. 
5. Assisting with employee engagement activities and other HR related projects as needed. 
6. Provide support to the Senior HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
7. Perform any other duties and responsibilities on ad-hoc basis.

Mechanical and Chemical Engineering's Job Description

1. Contribute to research projects by collecting, analyzing, and documenting experimental data.
2. Assist in develop process optimization strategies to improve product performance, efficiency and safety.
3. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Participate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with teams from both mechanical and chemical engineering backgrounds.

Job Requirements

Intake & Duration

• Internship offered is for all year internship intakes.
• HR Internship Minimum duration: 3 months.
• Mechanical and Chemical Engineering Internship: 4 months.

Eligibility

• Applicable for Malaysian citizens.
• Must be able to travel and work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
• Undergraduates (from an accredited university) who are in their final and penultimate year of Bachelor in Administration/Psychology/Human Resource/Mechnanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 3 weeks from the date of submission.
