&nbsp;Position Overview
The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing Aveta’s warranty and claims operations across its nationwide support ecosystem. Aveta does not operate standalone service centers but delivers after-sales support through Aveta Service Corners (ASC) located at authorized dealerships, Aveta Care on Wheels (mobile service units), and a network of appointed stockists for genuine parts distribution.
This role ensures accurate processing of warranty claims, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce warranty costs, and strengthen product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process warranty submissions from dealers, ensuring eligibility and compliance with Aveta’s warranty policies.</li>
<li>Perform data entry to log, track, and update warranty claim information accurately.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims until resolution.</li>
<li>Act as the main liaison with Aveta Service Corners (ASC) at authorized dealerships.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Aveta Care on Wheels (ACoW) for mobile service-related claims.</li>
<li>Work with stockists to ensure the availability of genuine parts for warranty repairs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer service, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve warranty issues effectively.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing new warranty programs, workflows, and improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Support audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit regular reports on claims and warranty activities.</li>
<li>Analyse warranty claim data to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Provide insights to reduce warranty costs and improve product reliability.</li>
<li>Recommend process enhancements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide timely updates to customers and dealers regarding claim status, required documents, and timelines.</li>
<li>Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic communication to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
