Job Description

 Position Overview

The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing Aveta’s warranty and claims operations across its nationwide support ecosystem. Aveta does not operate standalone service centers but delivers after-sales support through Aveta Service Corners (ASC) located at authorized dealerships, Aveta Care on Wheels (mobile service units), and a network of appointed stockists for genuine parts distribution.

This role ensures accurate processing of warranty claims, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce warranty costs, and strengthen product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process warranty submissions from dealers, ensuring eligibility and compliance with Aveta’s warranty policies.
  • Perform data entry to log, track, and update warranty claim information accurately.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims until resolution.
  • Act as the main liaison with Aveta Service Corners (ASC) at authorized dealerships.
  • Coordinate with Aveta Care on Wheels (ACoW) for mobile service-related claims.
  • Work with stockists to ensure the availability of genuine parts for warranty repairs.
  • Collaborate with customer service, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve warranty issues effectively.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new warranty programs, workflows, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on claims and warranty activities.
  • Analyse warranty claim data to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to reduce warranty costs and improve product reliability.
  • Recommend process enhancements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and dealers regarding claim status, required documents, and timelines.
  • Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic communication to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warranty, after-sales service, or claims (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin/Tamil is a plus).
  • Knowledge of service workflows, claims systems, and parts management is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work across different stakeholders (dealers, mobile teams, stockists).
