Job Description

AVS Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As our Accounts Cum HR Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall Administration of the organisation. This is a full-time senior position based in our Kelana Jaya, Selangor office.

What you'll be doing:

  • In charge full spectrum of accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, financial reporting .
  • Handle E-Invoice.
  • Perform daily duties: include AP payment & AR collection.
  • Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, auditor, and government authorities on company related matters.
  • In Charge office administrative, and operational activities, eg: logistic arrangement when required.
  • Monitor Inventory levels, prefer with relevant experience. 
  • Process overall HR-related functions including recruitment, payroll preparation, staff claims, and statutory contributions.
  • Undertake any other duties, responsibilities, assignments by Management from time to time in support of business and operational needs.
  • Report to HQ in Singapore.

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, Senior Position
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
