Job Description

• Support the daily event operations at Central Dinosaur Park, Level 4, Central i-City.
• Greet and assist shoppers, children, and families who visit the event area.
• Explain game rules, activity steps, and participation guidelines to visitors.
• Manage assigned event zones, including game stations, photo areas, registration, redemption, and activity counters.
• Help to control queues and maintain smooth crowd movement during busy periods.
• Ensure children participate safely and follow the event rules.
• Keep the event area neat, clean, and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with mascot appearances, photo-taking sessions, and visitor engagement when required.
• Help with opening preparation, closing duties, stock checking, and simple reporting.
• Work closely with the supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Report any operational issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide a friendly and positive experience for all visitors.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, cheerful, and comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in a shopping mall environment.
• Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
• Applicants who can commit to the full event period are preferred.
