We’re looking for a Copywriter who can think big, execute fast, and confidently shape ideas into compelling campaigns, content, and pitch decks. Someone who’s comfortable bouncing between strategy, writing, and presenting — without losing their voice (or their sanity).

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Develop conceptual ideas and execute copy across branding and social media campaigns
  
• Write clear, engaging copy in English and Bahasa Malaysia (mixing tone when needed)
  
• Craft pitch decks: narratives, headlines, campaign ideas, and flow that sell the idea
  
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Producers to build strong creative work
  
• Adapt messaging across platforms, audiences, and formats
  
• Occasionally present ideas internally and to clients with confidence

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of experience as a copywriter (agency or studio experience is a plus)
  
• Strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, not just “nice sentences”
  
• Comfortable writing for brands, campaigns, and social platforms
  
• A team player who can take direction — but also challenge ideas when needed
  
• Curious, independent, and not afraid to ask “why” before writing “what”
  
• Bonus: experience with video scripts, social-first campaigns, or content strategy
