Position: E-commerce Intern

Location: Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur

Duration: 3-6 months with potential for full-time placement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in implementing online sales strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
2. Product Management: Regularly update and manage product listings ensuring accurate details, pricing, and inventory.
3. Analytics: Track and analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and site performance using tools like Google Analytics.
4. Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.
5. Content Creation: Support the development of product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
6. Technical Support: Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot any site issues and enhance user experience.

Job Requirements
