Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern with a focus on Python programming to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in software development, scripting, and automation within a professional environment. JOB SCOPE 

Python Development:

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and scripts.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the supervision of senior developers.

Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding skills.

Data Handling and Analysis:

Work with data manipulation libraries such as pandas and NumPy.

Assist in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data processes.

Support the development of data analysis tools and dashboards.

Automation and Scripting:

Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for automation.

Testing and Debugging:

Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.

Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and scripts.

Research and Development:

Stay updated on the latest Python libraries and technologies.

Explore new tools that can enhance development processes and present findings to the team.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation for code and applications.

Document processes, methodologies, and learnings throughout the internship.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvements.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Programming Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming.

Familiarity With:

Version control systems like Git.

Databases (SQL or NoSQL).

Web frameworks (e.g., Django or Flask) is a plus but not required.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
