Procurement Executive, But With AI Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive who can source products, communicate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure smooth purchasing operations. This is not just a traditional procurement role. You will also use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, compare supplier information, prepare purchasing documents, organize data, and support better decision-making.

What You'll Do

- Source products, materials, equipment, and services according to company needs.

- Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, product details, stock availability, and delivery timelines.

- Compare supplier pricing, product quality, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and reliability.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements with suppliers.

- Follow up closely on order status to ensure timely delivery.

- Work with inventory, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to maintain healthy stock levels.

- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.

- Use AI tools to assist in supplier research, product comparison, cost analysis, report preparation, document organization, and workflow improvement.

- Assist in procurement cost analysis, purchasing forecasts, budgeting, and reporting.

- Maintain proper records of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, supplier details, and related documents.

Job Requirements

Requirements

- Must be able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.

- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory, admin, e-commerce, or supply chain will be an advantage.

- Fresh graduates with strong attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic computer systems.

- Willing to learn and use AI tools in daily procurement tasks.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
