  About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant, Digital & AI Solutions to work on digital transformation, AI, automation and technology implementation projects for our clients. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, technology, solution development and project delivery.

You will work closely with our consulting team, clients and developers to understand business problems, design practical solutions and support implementation from concept through to deployment. We are looking for someone analytical, technically curious and comfortable working across both business and technology.

What You Will Do

Client & Business Analysis

• Work with clients to understand business processes, challenges and requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and AI adoption
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
• Support the design of future-state processes and digital solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations and solution design

AI, Automation & Solution Development

• Support the development and implementation of AI, automation and digital solutions
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts and workflows
• Explore and evaluate AI tools, APIs and emerging technologies for client use cases
• Work with data, systems and applications through development and testing
• Contribute to internal digital products and reusable solutions

Technology Implementation

• Work closely with software developers and technology partners throughout the development process
• Translate client requirements into user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Support solution design, development tracking and issue resolution
• Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing
• Coordinate implementation activities through to deployment and go-live

Project Delivery

• Support and, where appropriate, manage project workstreams
• Maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers and risk logs
• Coordinate activities across clients, developers and other stakeholders
• Prepare project updates, presentations and client materials
• Support client meetings, workshops and implementation discussions
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and complete them to a high standard

Exposure to Any of the Following Is an Advantage

• Generative AI and Large Language Models, including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms
• AI APIs and prompt engineering; RAG, vector databases or AI agents
• Python, SQL and databases, REST APIs
• Automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n or Make
• Power BI or other analytics tools; Git / GitHub; cloud platforms; web application development
• Agile or Scrum delivery environments

You do not need experience across all of these areas. We value strong fundamentals, curiosity and the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Malaysian citizen with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong technical projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of technology and software development concepts, with basic programming capability, preferably Python
• Comfortable working with data, Excel and basic SQL, and a basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both business users and technical teams
• Able to work independently, take ownership and learn quickly, and to perform under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment across different clients and industries
