Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle of SupplyOS, Axium's agentic AI platform for procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics operations. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, and go-to-market teams to translate customer insights and market signals into well-defined product features that ship and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Requirements Definition

  •   Support in gathering customer feedback, deployment learnings, and market signals across enterprise and public-sector clients.
  •   Translate operational pain points (procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics) into structured product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  •   Conduct competitive analysis on AI platforms, agentic workflow tools, and enterprise SaaS in the Asia-Pacific region.
  •   Maintain a prioritised backlog aligned with commercial impact, technical feasibility, and strategic direction.

Feature Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination

  •   Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Sys & Performance Engineering teams to shepherd features from concept through release.
  •   Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles under Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  •   Track feature-level KPIs (adoption, retention, task completion, automation rate) and report progress to product leadership.
  •   Own product documentation — PRDs, release notes, internal enablement material — and keep them current.

Customer & Market Insight

  •   Partner with FDEs and Sales on client engagements to capture first-hand product signals.
  •   Synthesise recurring client requests, deployment friction points, and expansion opportunities into product recommendations.
  •   Support user research initiatives: interviews, usability sessions, feature validation with pilot customers.
  •   Contribute to product positioning and messaging in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.

Product Operations & Governance

  •   Maintain product roadmaps, decision logs, and release calendars.
  •   Support QA cycles and feature acceptance testing prior to enterprise rollout.
  •   Contribute to internal product reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap prioritisation discussions.
  •   Ensure feature releases align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

Commercial & Go-to-Market Support

  •   Partner with FDEs and account management on solution scoping and feature demos.
  •   Prepare product briefings and enablement materials for internal and client-facing stakeholders.
  •   Support proposal development by mapping SupplyOS capabilities to specific client use cases.
  •   Feed deployment learnings back into the product roadmap through structured feedback loops.

Language Skills

  •   Professional working proficiency in English.
  •   Strong written communication — able to produce clear PRDs, briefs, and release notes.

Technical & Business Acumen

  •   Strong interest in AI, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflow products.
  •   Ability to translate customer conversations into structured product artefacts (PRDs, user stories, roadmap items).

  •   Comfort with product analytics tools and basic SQL is a plus.
