Job Title: Secretary Internship

Location: Hybrid (Remote and within Kuala Lumpur)

Duration: 6 months

Department: Corporate

Reporting to: En. Razim

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Secretary Intern to assist the management and administrative team in daily office operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in administrative support, office coordination, documentation, and communication — ideal for students pursuing studies in Business Administration, Office Management, or Secretarial Studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, correspondence, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Draft simple letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Support coordination of internal communications and logistics for meetings or events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with general office administration and recordkeeping tasks.
  • Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and travel arrangements when required.
